Alycyn Keeling - Executive Director

Alycyn Keeling is the Executive Director of the Wallace Theater. She grew up in Levelland and attended Texas A&M University, receiving a degree in Business Management

Upon graduation, she moved to Washington, DC and served at the U.S. Department of Education during the George W. Bush Administration. Following the Administration, she became a Project Manager for Margaret Spellings & Company, an education policy and consulting firm. In January of 2014 she moved to Dallas and began to work for George W. Bush Presidential Center as a Special Projects Manager where she helped develop and coordinate a conference for all University Presidents in Texas. She also worked on the development and implementation of the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program which is a partnership between the George W. Bush Presidential Center, The Clinton Foundation, The LBJ Foundation and The George H.W. Bush Foundation.

Alycyn currently serves on the Board of the League of Historic American Theaters, is a member of the Lubbock Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and is a member of the 2022-2023 Texas Tech University Education Policy Fellowship Cohort.

She is the 2026 LHUCA Catalyst Award Recipient.

JT Seymore - Director of Development and Education Programs

J.T. Seymore is the Director of Development and Education Programs at the Wallace Theater. J.T. grew up in a small town called Holliday, Texas and eventually attended Texas Tech University where he received B.A. and M.A. in Communication Studies.

While in college, J.T. was a nationally ranked debater and ended his career as the eighth ranked team and seventeenth ranked speaker in the country. Since then, J.T. took his love of competitive forensics into the classroom where he built up extremely successful programs of his own, all while teaching students about history, public speaking, and performance arts. In his free time, you'll find J.T. backpacking in the wilderness, playing the guitar, or catching a movie with his beautiful wife.

J.T. fell in love with the Wallace the second he walked into the lobby for the first time. Having lived in Levelland for a short while and coming from a small town, building up this community and bringing joy to its families gives him immense pride. He is always up for meeting new people, so if you see him around the theater, come say "Howdy!"

Ashpen Sanchez - Food and Beverage Experience Director

Ashpen Sanchez serves as the Food & Beverage Experience Director at Wallace Theater, where he leads the development and execution of all food and beverage operations. In this role, he oversees service strategy, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and staffing, with a focus on creating a seamless and elevated guest experience throughout the venue.

Ashpen brings a strong background in hospitality and event operations, with five years of experience at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas. During his time there, he worked across multiple service levels including high-volume concessions, premium lounge environments, and backstage hospitality. He collaborated closely with touring productions, promoters, and entertainment partners, contributing to the successful execution of a wide range of performances and events.

Known for his ability to balance operational structure with guest-focused creativity, Ashpen specializes in building efficient systems, developing elevated beverage programs, and strengthening team performance. His approach to food and beverage emphasizes both experience and execution, ensuring that every element supports the overall vision and growth of the theater.

Tina Wiiest - Business manager

Tina Wiiest is the Business Manager at the Wallace Theater and also an Insurance Agent with George R. Keeling Insurance Agency in downtown Levelland. Having grown up in the Midwest via Indiana and Nebraska, she developed a passion for business and the office atmosphere. Tina would spend her summers in Indiana working part-time for a motel and fell in love with interacting with people.

After completing her high school education, she pursued a degree in Business Administration with Management from Grand Island College (formerly Spencer School of Business). After graduation, Tina started her career in the hotel industry as a front desk clerk which led to a management position with two sister hotels. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in management and organization.

In 2010, she and her family moved to Levelland. In her free time, Tina enjoys reading and watching the latest blockbusters and Hallmark movies. She is a hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual who is always willing to learn and grow. Tina believes in what we are doing here at the Wallace Theater. She loves giving back to the community and making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Jeremy Pollard - Technical & Facilities Manager

Jeremy Pollard is the Technical Coordinator at the Wallace Theater. Born in Levelland Texas, Jeremy spent most of his life in the Pacific Northwest. While living in Portland Oregon he worked commercial HVAC for a decade helping build apartments and renovating historical sites, such as the Sellwood Middle School located in Portland. While dedicated to the trade after work Jeremy was a part of the DIY art and music scene stretching across the Pacific coast. With a passion for the arts and live music Jeremy created an intimate space for people to exhibit creativity and express themselves without judgement.

He is a hardworking individual with experience in trades, a passion for Information Technology and fine arts, Jeremy feels right at home at the Wallace Theater.

Arlette Silva - Marketing and Programs Coordinator

Arlette Silva is the Administrative Assistant at the Wallace Theater. She has assisted in multiple Wallace Theater programs, including Weekend Players, the Green Room, and as a Summer Camp Counselor. She’s spent the past few years working as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher for Levelland ISD. Her commitment to the students of Levelland continues to grow. She loves to share the importance of education and art with students.

Arlette spent over eight years in Austin before moving back home. While in Austin she learned how to craft her film photography skills and even self-published a photography book called “West Ave”, it showcases her love, and back then, homesickness, for Levelland. She also has a deep love for writing and hopes to one day complete her novel and bring her characters to life. Arlette is currently a junior at UTEP where she is working towards a bachelor’s degree in business.
